2. Detailed Comparative Market Analysis

If you want to get a good idea of what your home might be worth, an agent Market Analysis is a good place to start. It is far more accurate to have us come to the home to see it for ourselves, but a remote analysis can be done if that is preferred at this stage. This is a free service we provide and it is NOT an appraisal. It is a real estate agent's price opinion based on comparable homes that have recently sold, or are active now, to help you make informed decisions regarding the sale of your home. Uploading pictures, using the appropriate link below, is a good way for us to get a good idea of what kind of condition your home is in, and where is fits in compared to other homes in the area. If you choose to list with Golden Rule Realty, we reserve the right to visit the property to refine the valuation prior to listing, if necessary.
